About Site - Housing development for 50 homes in the town of Askern, located close to the city of Doncaster. The sit sits on the former recreation park grounds of the Askern Minors Welfare Institute. Prior to the development the grounds were no longer in use therefore the Institute decided to only keep its central building which now separates the two parcels of the development.
