About Project - Construction has began on a single detached dwelling. Located in the village of Holtby, approximately 5 miles from the historic City of York.
In keeping with the style of the surrounding and the sits location on the edge of the village within a formal agricultural land, the design of this dwelling will be a contemporary brick build linear barn form.
This is the last dwelling to be constructed from the previous approval for an erection of 4 dwellings. Remaining three sit eastward of the site.
